Hi, I'm Jenelly, a licensed esthetician with over 6 years of experience specializing in corrective skincare, acne treatments, and luxury lash services. My approach is results-driven, focusing on skin barrier repair, long-term skin health, and customized treatments for every client. I truly love helping people feel confident in their skin.Outside of the treatment room, I'm someone who loves puzzles, video games, and board games. I'm also a dog mom, love spending time with my family, and enjoy traveling, experiencing new cultures and places.
Policies
Booking:
~ All appointments must be booked online through the website.
A valid card on file required to secure your appointment.Facial Clients:
Consultation Required
~ All new facial clients must complete a consultation before being serviced.
~ Failure to complete a consultation will result in cancellation of your appointment.Rescheduling:
~ Reschedule must be done through your confirmation email.
~ One reschedule per appointment only.
~ Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment time.Cancellations:
~ Same-day cancellations will be charged 35% of the service total to the card on file.
~ No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total and will be banned from booking.
~ Repeated last-minute changes or no-shows will result in being blocked from future bookings.
Sick Policy:
~ If you are feeling unwell, experiencing fever, flu-like symptoms, excessive coughing, or any contagious condition, you must reschedule your appointment. You will not be serviced.
Lash Fills:
~ Fills are required every 2 to 3 weeks.
~ 4+ weeks will be considered a full set
~ A minimum of 40% of the extensions must remain to qualify for a fill.Foreign Work:
~ If you currently have extensions applied by another artist, a removal and full set may be required. This will be determined at the time of your appointment.Lash Lifts:
~ A patch test must be scheduled at least 24-48 hrs before your appointment.Guests:
~ No extra guests permitted, including children.Consent Forms:
~ All required forms must be completed before your appointment. Services cannot be performed without completed paperwork.Late Policy:
~ A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled or modified.
~ If canceled due to lateness, the cancellation fee will apply.Business Hours:
